MDTS, LLC reserves the right to deny training to anyone for any reason. If the application is not accepted or an event cancelled and not rescheduled, the full amount of tuition paid will be refunded within 30 days.

Training may be terminated at any time if your actions are deemed inappropriate by the training staff. Participants must agree to sign an Assumption of Risk / Model Release / Confidentiality Agreement document releasing MDTS, LLC from any liability that may occur during the course of training or thereafter.

100% of the course tuition is nonrefundable once you have registered for a class without 30 days advance written notice of cancellation. In the past MDTS had offered everyone a full credit toward a future class however we simply cannot continue to do this as a small business. In the event of a cancellation a 50% credit toward the same course at a future class date within that year will be provided.
